About the Role

You will define and execute the product strategy for Health Records, own data ingestion and normalization, lead development of a unified health data model, partner with design for best-in-class UI/UX, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and privacy. You will also drive vendor integration strategy and establish metrics for data quality and user outcomes.

Your Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience, including platform, data, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical background with APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
• Experience integrating third-party vendors and complex ecosystems (healthcare preferred)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality
• Proven ability to partner with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
• Experience in regulated environments collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for impactful healthcare products
