About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is the world’s #1 health & fitness app. We’re looking for a Video Producer to own and drive the creative strategy for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s core user segments, starting with Perimenopause Mode. This role sits at the intersection of product, content, and growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own creative strategy for a user segment – develop creative vision and content strategy for Perimenopause Mode.
  • Turn product experience into content – analyse existing product features and identify content opportunities.
  • Lead content ideation and production – partner with creators to develop briefs and scripts, manage end-to-end production.
  • Build personalised content systems – work with engineers on content logic and personalisation algorithms.
  • Drive experimentation and optimisation – use performance data to refine creative strategy.

Who You Will Work With

Product Managers, Content Creators & Designers, Growth/UA teams, Engineers, Legal, Medical & Science teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4+ years in creative production, content strategy, digital or social media. Proven track record producing video/motion content at scale.
  • Skills: Creative thinking + storytelling, ability to translate user insights into content strategy, experience writing briefs and scripts, understanding of content personalisation and user segmentation, comfortable with data and performance metrics.
  • Mindset: Deep empathy for users, product mindset, hands-on and proactive, strong collaborator across teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience in health, wellness, or femtech; algorithm-driven or personalised content systems; familiarity with UA/performance creatives.
