The Job
We're looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our London office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.
Your Experience
- Around 12 months of experience in an office-based, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic admin tasks and coordinating with others
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support different tasks
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment
What You'll Be Doing
Office Support (Core Focus)
- Support the day-to-day running of the London office alongside the Office Manager
- Welcome visitors and help create a friendly, professional office environment
- Assist with managing office supplies, deliveries, and basic logistics
- Help keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked
- Support with setting up desks, equipment, and meeting rooms
- Assist with shipments and deliveries for team members
Team & Administrative Support
- Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Support internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with maintaining office inventory
- Provide basic support to IT and People teams when needed
- Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team
