About [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

We believe healthcare should be accessible, dependable, and affordable for everyone. Now part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re entering a new phase of growth, expanding our reach, deepening our product, and rethinking how digital healthcare works at scale. Our teams across product, engineering, clinical, and operations work together to build services that fit seamlessly into patients’ lives. To date, we’ve delivered over 14 million consultations across Europe. We’re evolving from transactional care to more personalised, continuous healthcare experiences, helping patients not just access treatment, but achieve better long-term outcomes.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and drive critical parts of the patient lifecycle, from first interaction through to long-term engagement. You will own a broad and complex product area spanning patient account, personalisation, authorisation, and retention, shaping how patients access, and continue care with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role with responsibility for defining strategy, identifying step-change opportunities, and delivering measurable improvements across key business and patient metrics. You’ll operate in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with engineering, design, clinical, marketing, and operational teams to solve complex, often ambiguous problems. You will be expected to bring clarity to these problem spaces, set direction, and drive alignment across stakeholders. You will also play a key role in evolving the internal systems that power patient care, ensuring our clinicians and operational teams can deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable experiences. This role is well-suited to someone who combines strong product judgement with a bias for action, comfortably navigating ambiguity, making trade-offs, and owning outcomes end-to-end.

What you'll own

  • Define and drive product strategy for your area Set clear direction across the patient lifecycle (onboarding, personalisation, retention), aligning patient needs, business goals, and operational constraints.
  • Own outcomes and deliver measurable impact Identify and execute on the highest-leverage opportunities, driving improvements in key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Shape and simplify the end-to-end patient journey Improve how patients discover, access, and engage with care—reducing friction, increasing trust, and enabling better health outcomes.
  • Define ambiguous problem spaces Break down complex, loosely defined challenges into clear opportunities, strategies, and actionable plans.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making Influence and align stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technology teams, ensuring clarity on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Build and scale enabling systems Improve internal tools and workflows that support clinicians and operations, increasing both efficiency and quality of care delivery.
  • Balance strategy and execution Operate effectively across both long-term direction and day-to-day delivery—working closely with engineering to ship iteratively and learn quickly.
  • Champion a data-informed, patient-first approach Use a combination of data, experimentation, and user insight to make high-quality product decisions.

Skills & Experience required

  • Strong product ownership experience You have owned complex product areas end-to-end, ideally in a B2C, growth, or user-focused environment.
  • Experience operating at scale and with complexity Comfortable managing products that span multiple systems, teams, or user touchpoints.
  • Proven track record of delivering impact Demonstrated ability to move key metrics (e.g. conversion, retention, engagement) through product improvements.
  • Strong product judgement and problem-solving Able to define problems clearly, prioritise effectively, and make sound trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with growth or lifecycle product areas Familiarity with acquisition, activation, retention, personalisation, or funnel optimisation is highly valuable.
  • Data-informed decision making Comfortable using data and experimentation to guide decisions, while applying judgement where needed.
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence Proven ability to align teams and drive decisions across engineering, design, clinical, marketing, and operations.
  • Execution strength Able to move from strategy to delivery, working closely with engineering teams to ship high-quality products.

Nice to have skills

  • Experience in the D2C healthcare or digital health industry
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling product environments (D2C/B2C)

Personal qualities

  • Strong ownership mindset — you take accountability for outcomes and follow through
  • Sound judgement — you make thoughtful decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Influential and collaborative — you bring people with you and align teams without relying on authority
  • Curious and outcome-focused — you seek to deeply understand problems and are motivated by impact
  • Adaptable — you are comfortable navigating change and evolving priorities
  • User-focused — you care about solving meaningful problems for real people

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. If you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive here, we’d still love to hear from you. Join us and help shape the future of digital healthcare!
