About This Job

As we accelerate growth across EMEA and beyond, we are looking for a Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness and establish [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as the global leader in water management. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will personally own and execute [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s marketing across brand, demand generation, channel, digital, and content. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, brings a builder's mindset, and uses AI and automation tools. This role is a clear path to VP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Awareness & Market Positioning: Develop and execute multi-channel brand awareness campaigns; write thought leadership content; own presence at UK and EMEA industry events; build trade press relationships; craft vertical-specific messaging.
  • Channel Partner Marketing: Build and execute a channel marketing programme; create co-branded assets and partner toolkits; engage with partners hands-on; track and optimise pipeline.
  • AI-Powered Demand Generation: Design and operate an AI-driven demand generation engine using tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot AI, 6sense, Bombora; build ABM campaigns; own top-of-funnel KPIs.
  • AI-Enabled Content & Digital Marketing: Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) for content; manage digital presence; use AI-powered SEO tools; continuously adopt new AI capabilities.
  • Sales Enablement: Produce sales enablement materials; work closely with Sales team; ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Own a clear metrics framework; build dashboards; deliver insight-led reporting; take data-driven approach to budget allocation.

Qualifications

Required: 5+ years B2B marketing experience, demonstrable builder's mindset, hands-on channel/partner marketing, direct expertise with AI marketing tools, strong digital marketing skills, experience marketing technical B2B SaaS/IoT, excellent written English, data-driven, London-based with right to work in the UK, able to be in office ~3 days/week and travel across EMEA. Preferred: Background in construction, commercial real estate, facilities management, data centers, or water/sustainability technology; experience in high-growth startup; PR/media relations; additional European language; BA/BSc in Marketing/Communications/Engineering; MBA a plus.
