Marketing Business Operations Manager (f/m/d)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Marketing Business Operations Manager to own and optimize marketing technology, reporting, and processes. Hybrid working in Reading, UK. Full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the global MarTech stack.
- Manage integrations across systems for data accuracy, lead flow efficiency, and campaign scalability.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement new technologies for automation and personalization.
- Define and enforce standards for campaign execution (forms, landing pages, tagging, tracking, compliance).
- Leverage AI & automation tools to optimize day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, hygiene processes, and governance.
- Analyze campaign attribution and customer journeys to inform strategy and budget allocation.
- Define, document, and continuously improve lead lifecycle processes with Sales Operations.
- Monitor and enforce follow-up SLAs.
- Establish best practices for campaign setup, testing, and optimization, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Partner with Campaign Managers, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing.
- Act as subject-matter expert and advisor to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).
- Experience with analytics tools (Quip, GA4, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a modern MarTech stack.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with operational processes including GDPR/compliance.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
