Marketing Business Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the global MarTech stack.
  • Manage integrations across systems for data accuracy, lead flow efficiency, and campaign scalability.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement new technologies for automation and personalization.
  • Define and enforce standards for campaign execution (forms, landing pages, tagging, tracking, compliance).
  • Leverage AI & automation tools to optimize day-to-day marketing tasks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, hygiene processes, and governance.
  • Analyze campaign attribution and customer journeys to inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Define, document, and continuously improve lead lifecycle processes with Sales Operations.
  • Monitor and enforce follow-up SLAs.
  • Establish best practices for campaign setup, testing, and optimization, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing.
  • Act as subject-matter expert and advisor to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Quip, GA4, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a modern MarTech stack.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with operational processes including GDPR/compliance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
