For the UK Enterprise / Northern region, we are looking for an Account Executive (f/m/d) who excels in enterprise account management and revenue expansion within complex customer environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning strategic customer relationships, navigating long sales cycles, and driving sustainable growth through account development, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell rather than high-volume net-new acquisition.

What your day will look like

Your Mission

You will be responsible for revenue growth and retention within an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning and developing a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, expansions, and long-term value.
  • Managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, governance processes, and commercial negotiations.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new business units, new regions).
  • Leading the end-to-end commercial process, from opportunity qualification through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Working closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align solutions to customer objectives.
  • Building strong executive-level relationships and acting as the commercial point of contact for key accounts.
  • Partnering with Marketing on account-based initiatives, events, and customer engagement activities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management or complex B2B SaaS sales
  • A relationship-driven mindset, with the ability to grow and retain large, strategic accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
  • Confidence working autonomously within a defined territory and account portfolio
  • A customer-centric, solution-oriented approach with resilience and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel within your territory as required
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering software is advantageous but not essential
  • 2–3+ years’ experience selling SaaS solutions in a complex or enterprise environment
