Join Our Team as an Allotment Support Worker at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Location: Kingswood, Bristol. Service: Potters Den Allotment Activity Centre. Hours: Relief – Zero hour contract. Salary: £13.25 per hour (plus an additional 12.07% in lieu of annual leave).

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Relief Support Worker who is passionate about working outdoors and supporting people through meaningful activities. This role is specifically to provide cover for annual leave and sickness, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable and able to work flexibly as needed. While this is a relief position, there may be opportunities for more regular hours in the future.

  • Have a passion for supporting people with disabilities using a person-centred approach
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Have an interest in gardening, horticulture, or outdoor activities
  • Be willing to learn new skills such as woodwork (or bring existing experience)
  • Enjoy crafts and facilitating engaging sessions
  • Be confident working alongside community organisations
  • Be flexible and responsive to changing service needs

  • Help plan and deliver creative, practical, and engaging sessions
