What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with individuals with SEND
  • Patient, supportive, enthusiastic, and creative
  • Ability to provide accessible education content
  • Flexibility to travel across the community with students
  • Skills to support independence and work experience placements
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practice
  • Understanding of complex behavioural needs
  • Experience with Proloquo2, Makaton, or willingness to train

What to Expect

As part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team, you will support students aged 16-25 with EHCPs to develop life skills in community settings such as learning hubs, libraries, workplaces, and leisure facilities. You will assess student progress and outcomes, and help provide accredited learning based on a personalised curriculum.
