Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary

The successful applicant for the position of Assistant Property Manager will be a team player with a desire to work within the Property/Estate Agency sector. You will be smart, highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service/ client fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of a portfolio of private residential tenancies.
  • Liaising effectively with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors.
  • Liaising with private landlords and investment clients.
  • Liaising with lettings’ negotiators across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s branch network.
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices.
  • Carrying out property inspections.
  • Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments.
  • Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals.
  • Administering tenancy deposit returns.

Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.
