Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the key point of contact for buyers and vendors, responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewing and progressing sales through to completion.

Duties will include:

  • Register and quality new applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Generate new business through, canvassing, call outs and referrals.
  • Negotiator offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice.
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
  • Support the team with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background (property experience preferred, but not essential).
  • Confident, enthusiastic and target driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
