- Qualifying prospective tenants and identifying property needs.
- Conducting viewing appointments and negotiating tenancies.
- Delivering high levels of customer service and generating business referrals.
Skills Required
- At least 6 months to 1 year residential lettings experience.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Ability to negotiate.
