Overview

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re building something extraordinary. We’re looking for a Broker / Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building out team, focusing on acquiring and managing business in the captive segment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility to be based in one of our key locations: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.

How you'll make an impact

  • Build and grow a portfolio of captive insurance clients across EMEA.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
  • Provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement and management of business.
  • Contribute to achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

About you

  • You have 4+ years of experience working with captives, either within a captive or at a reinsurer.
  • You’re a skilled relationship builder with a strong focus on client management.
  • You’re proactive, driven, and excited about shaping and growing a business segment.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • You have a strong network in the captive insurance market and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
  • You’re flexible and open to working from one of our key locations.
