Job Description

We wish to recruit a Trade Counter / Stores Operative to work within the Warehouse and on the Sales Counter. This is for someone looking to develop their existing skills or learn new ones that will equip them for a career within one of the fastest growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.

Key Duties:

  • Picking orders to meet customer requirements
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets
  • Ensuring stock profile for local customers
  • Off-loading and loading customer and company vehicles
  • Dealing with trade and retail customers at a busy Plumbing & Heating counter

Requirements

The successful applicant should have plumbing and heating product knowledge but this is not essential as full training will be provided. Ideally the candidate will have an aptitude for selling and an ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good IT skills are also essential.
