Key Requirements

Preferably a fully qualified accounting professional
Experience in the automotive retail industry
Proficient in Excel and preferably Keyloop/CDK Drive or Rev8.35 Dealer Management Systems
Strong financial control experience with multiple outlets
Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Willingness to challenge management and drive process improvements
Flexible approach to working hours

Responsibilities

Supervising the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Preparing financial analysis and management reports
Liaising with senior management to address financial issues
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts
Participating in operational finance reviews

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborating on annual budgets and reforecasts
Ensuring accurate payroll and statutory reporting
Maintaining financial control and adherence to policies
Providing leadership to the Franchise accounting team
Assisting with year-end statutory reporting and audits
