Role Overview

We are opening up applications for Bar & Catering Assistants to join us at our brand new outlets, in our new outdoor complex for 2025 at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Robin Hood Holiday Park in Rhyl. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing an outstanding experience in either our Bar, Dessert Parlour or Pizza Kitchen, ensuring great service, high quality products offered and consistency in your approach.
  • Take accurate orders, Cook, Prepare and Serve food orders.
  • Ensure portion sizes are correct and following standard procedures.
  • Offering a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure a robust knowledge of all products provided.
  • To deliver food promptly, to serve customers in a professional manner, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned accurately to the correct safety standards.
  • Operating the till system in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
  • Sufficient in stock rotation and management.

Guest Focus

  • Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and a first-class service, giving a positive and memorable [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] experience.
  • Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement.

Schedule & Experience

  • Schedule: Holidays, Week and weekend availability, Day shifts, Evenings. Hours will be flexible depending on the time of year (seasonal).
  • Experience: Similar, or previous experience is desired, full regulated training will be provided to successful candidates.
