Aftersales Manager

This role leads day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Full-time permanent position with excellent career progression.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Limited Mazda and Kia dealership in Harpenden. This role will see you lead day to day operations for our busy service and parts departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability are maximised.

Reporting to the Divisional Aftersales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate an excellent career path with one of the regions leading automotive retail groups.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
  • Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
  • Oversee the service and parts department, managing resource levels and productivity
  • Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
  • Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Limited, manufacturer and regulatory requirements

Experience & Attributes

It is essential that you have previous aftersales leadership experience. Manufacturer experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential. We are seeking:
