We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to join the senior management team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. We are looking for a commercially driven and innovative leader to create a compelling Food & Beverage Strategy that is at the heart of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand while maximising financial contribution. You will report to the Directors.
You will lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams across all the F&B outlets on the Holiday Parks and Hotels. You will need to demonstrate a passion for food and beverage, an understanding of the market and good people management skills acquired within a multi-site business.
Holiday visitor catering, Chip shops, Pizza and Ice-cream containers, Sport bars, Show bars, and restaurants will form part of the strategy with opportunities to expand the offering as the Company acquisition grows.
Responsibilities
- Business: Maximise team performance through leading and directing your team. Deliver year on year sales growth and exceed budgeted profit. Drive sales through outstanding service standards and presentation. Accountable for attaining all relevant guest, team and financial measures. Collaborate with Senior Management to improve guest experience. Actively research market trends. Control labour deployment. Safeguard brand and reputation through brand standards. Conduct service audits. Be accountable for Health & Safety. Safeguard against legal claims. Cost control to maximise profit.
- Guests: Work collaboratively to ensure teams are focused on putting guest first by writing, training and auditing brand standards. Build strong relationships with owners and holidaymakers.
- Team: Coach, mentor and lead by example. Communicate key messages. Set personal objectives aligned to service standards. Ensure all managers complete Safe & Secure training. Use Learning & Development tools for succession planning through the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Walk Tall Leadership Programmes. This is a hands-on role requiring weekend and public holiday working.
