About the Role

At the heart of our business lies our Dealer Management System (DMS), Autoline Drive from Keyloop. To support our journey towards greater digitisation and automation, we are recruiting a Group DMS Manager. This role forms part of our key business development strategy and is critical to the planned expansion of our group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Autoline-DRIVE System Housekeeping Activities
  • Maintaining User Access and Permissions Control
  • First line support for all DMS matters
  • Key contact point with Keyloop support and account management
  • Maintenance of franchise data, RTS codes, posting tables
  • Ensuring all users maximise system capabilities
  • Refining system setup and producing reporting data
  • Campaign Management within CRM
  • Creation of bespoke reporting
  • Training new staff on system use
  • Critical review of business operating activities
  • Management of DMS-related projects including new business acquisitions, rollout of Sales Docs, Service Docs, online booking, and BI system integration

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of automotive retail business
  • Strong background with Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop DMS, ideally DRIVE
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Resilient self-starter with outstanding completer/finisher skills
  • Team player
  • Hybrid working – regular site visits required
  • 6 or fewer penalty points on driving license
