Role Overview

At Mullin’s we care passionately about our much-loved Irish Ice Cream and we are seeking a motivated and results orientated Quality & Technical Assistant to join the Mullin’s family to assume primary responsibility for driving forward best in class quality and technical performance.
The role will involve developing and maintaining quality systems, product specifications & processing procedures, internal auditing / training, external liaison with accreditation bodies and associated parties and direct customer contact and support.
Candidate Requirements
- Food science / applied science graduate with a minimum of two years’ experience in a food quality environment
- IT literate
- Energetic with first-rate administration and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle a varied and detailed workload to tight deadlines
