Governor Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• To undertake installation, maintenance, overhaul, replacement, condition assessment, monitoring and diagnostic activities associated with the safe operation of network and customer gas supply equipment including response to emergency calls, system alarms and no gas situations.
• To undertake the testing, inspection and examination of network assets to meet statutory requirements and to ensure continued network integrity, safety and security of supply.
• To undertake pressure monitoring and pressure control activities in support of live gas operations on the distribution network.
• To install, test, repair and replace equipment delivering remote telemetry monitoring at pressure reduction stations, customer sites and network monitoring points.
