Offering a high basic salary of £22,500 linked to an un-capped bonus scheme. Our top performers regularly earn £65k - £75k per annum, even during the pandemic.

Our purpose built Honda dealership in Romford is located at Gallow Corner, on the busy Southend Arterial Road, is a well established business that has represented Honda for over a decade.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with your customers from initial online enquiry, through to appointment and have a drive to understand their needs
• Using your specialist skills to recommend products that meet customer requirements supporting them through the sales process
• Naturally building rapport, listening and genuinely have a passion for delighting your customers and guiding them through the car buying journey
• Drive high standards, supporting in creating a friendly and enjoyable environment that also meets the highest levels of brand standards
• Working to monthly targets, driving your own performance to achieve a high level of standards for yourself, the team and your customers

Requirements

• Experience in a customer focussed, sales/target driven position, selling products and services is favourable, but not always essential.
• A natural people person, passionate about making your customers happy and a focus, drive and determination to succeed in a target driven environment
• Confidence in using multiple computer systems, and experience using systems correctly to drive best practice process
• Pro-activity and self-discipline to consistently achieve and deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
