Role Overview

This Senior Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Marketing department at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], leading the delivery of marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales with a focus on touring productions across the UK. Working closely with internal teams, venues and external partners, the role focuses on developing data-driven strategies, maximising revenue, and ensuring the successful promotion of productions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns with a focus on UK touring productions
  • Deliver campaigns that meet sales objectives and financial targets
  • Use sales and audience data to inform and optimise marketing strategies
  • Work with venues to manage ticket inventory utilising data and audience trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with touring venues across the UK
  • Collaborate with external marketing, digital, media, design and ticketing agencies and partners
  • Work with venues to develop campaign strategies, budgets, reporting and revenue management
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies across all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] productions
  • Contribute to and help drive content and social media strategies in collaboration with venues
  • Maintain detailed marketing plans and campaign tracking
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM and data capture systems
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company and production websites
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings as required

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience in marketing management within live entertainment and ticketed events, ideally with a focus on touring
  • Strong campaign planning and strategic marketing experience across multiple venues
  • Experience in brand development, CRM and budget management
  • Proven ability to understand, analyse and interpret sales data across multiple ticketing systems
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels including programmatic, PPC and paid social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others
  • Good computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Google Suite
  • Understanding of Google Analytics is desirable but not essential

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £48k - £58k dependant on experience. Contract: Permanent, full time. Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, with expectation of evening and weekend work where required. Pension: Employee 5%, Employer 3%. Annual Leave: 28 days inclusive of all UK public holidays. Probation: 3 months. Notice: 3 month probation + notice. Location: Leicester Square, London Office.
