Job Description
We are looking for support workers to join our teams in Bedfordshire. Being a support worker is more than just a job – it's a career where you have the ability to make someone's day and put a smile upon their face, creating opportunities for happiness! You will be supporting and enabling adults with their daily routines, which can range from a trip into town for a cake, coffee and natter to preparing their evening meal. Each day is different!
Requirements
- No prior care experience necessary – full training provided
- Passion to support others
- Willingness to support with personal care (e.g., washing, using the toilet, shaving)
- Ability to work in supported living, registered, or outreach services in and around Bedfordshire
