Activities

  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service in all areas (Retail, Food to Go, PO Local)
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the Store
  • Attend call outs if the store alarm is activated during non-trading hours
  • Supervise and support team members on shift, allocate tasks
  • Cash up and balance tills
  • Promote the image and brand of the company
  • Merchandise store according to standards and planograms
  • Actively sell and promote offers
  • Process all sales transactions accurately
  • Adhere to security measures
  • Use systems for price checking, SEL, and stock control
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
  • Follow all company procedures and legal requirements
  • Complete relevant training
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards
