What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
  • Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
  • Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
  • Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand's high standards
  • Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
  • A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
  • Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays
