About This Position

The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] comprises three leading diamond jewellery brands with a strong presence both internationally and in the UK. We are looking for a luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team based in Newcastle.

How You'll Contribute

  • Client Engagement and Consultation: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection.
  • Sales Performance: Proactively meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the essence of our brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery sector.
  • Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous.
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Proactive team player
  • Problem solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions
  • Flexibility: Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently.
  • Keen interest in new software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury products and innate sense of style.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
