About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are on a mission to make giving pre-loved items a new lease of life. The Paid Social team drives discovery and customer acquisition at scale. As a Paid Social Executive (Meta-focused), you will support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of Meta activity across multiple markets. This role involves creative testing, performance analysis, and channel expansion into platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support campaign execution: build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns across markets.
  • Creative procurement: source, organise, and manage creative assets.
  • Creative QA: review visuals, messaging, localisation, and compliance.
  • Performance monitoring: track daily performance and flag anomalies.
  • Tracking validation: check Meta events, pixels, and conversions.
  • Channel expansion: support testing and scaling of additional Paid Social platforms.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential: Experience in Paid Social with strong focus on Meta; strong analytical mindset; understanding of creative testing; attention to detail; experience with Meta Ads Manager; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have: Experience across multiple international markets; familiarity with AI tools; understanding of attribution and tracking; experience with reporting tools; interest in TikTok, Pinterest, or similar.
