About the role
It's an exciting time to join the People Team as we scale and evolve. As a HR Business Partner, you'll be a strategic advisor to our leaders, translating business goals into people strategies that truly make a difference. From shaping team structures and championing performance, to driving engagement and supporting talent development, you'll be right in the thick of it. We're growing fast, so you'll need to be comfortable with pace and ambiguity. You'll bring your expertise, ideas, and energy, and we'll give you the space and support to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Goals & Objectives
- Deliver strategic, proactive people support to your designated business areas
- Support talent, culture, and performance initiatives that drive engagement and growth
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them manage change, structure teams, and plan for future talent needs
- Partner on performance and development initiatives, working with managers to set clear goals, give meaningful feedback, and develop career pathways
- Collaborate with the Talent and L&D teams to align hiring and development with business needs
- Use people data and insights to inform decisions, highlight trends, and report on key HR metrics
- Support with employee relations in a fair, consistent, and values-driven way
- Co-create and implement people policies and initiatives that support a great employee experience
- Drive engagement and culture projects within your business areas
- Contribute to wider People Team goals and cross-functional projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling business
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Business-savvy, with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial outcomes
- Confident coaching and supporting managers at all levels
- Excellent relationship builder and communicator—you know how to influence with credibility and empathy
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and project management skills
- Data-literate, with experience using HR metrics to inform and shape decisions
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
