About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to become the face of our brands across a dedicated territory. This field sales role is essential for driving our growth within the crucial Symbols & Independents (S&I) retail sector. As part of a collaborative territory team, your ability to work together to achieve shared goals will be crucial to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales KPIs including market share growth and display placement.
  • Play a frontline role in delivering the ongoing Energy Portfolio distribution plan.
  • Build rapport quickly to secure commitment from customers.
  • Use market insight to educate retailers and offer re-merchandising support.
  • Ensure brands are perfectly represented at point of purchase through POS materials.
  • Maintain excellent time management and route planning.
  • Operate as part of a broader territory team to achieve shared goals.

Essential Requirements

  • Must hold a full, valid UK driving license.
  • Must be comfortable working directly with alcohol products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional monthly team meetings (overnight stays may be required).
