About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to become the face of our brands across a dedicated territory. This field sales role is essential for driving our growth within the crucial Symbols & Independents (S&I) retail sector. As part of a collaborative territory team, your ability to work together to achieve shared goals will be crucial to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities
- Determined pursuit of distribution and availability of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] core brand range.
- Consistently achieve sales KPIs including market share growth and display placement.
- Play a frontline role in delivering the ongoing Energy Portfolio distribution plan.
- Build rapport quickly to secure commitment from customers.
- Use market insight to educate retailers and offer re-merchandising support.
- Ensure brands are perfectly represented at point of purchase through POS materials.
- Maintain excellent time management and route planning.
- Operate as part of a broader territory team to achieve shared goals.

Essential Requirements
- Must hold a full, valid UK driving license.
- Must be comfortable working directly with alcohol products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to attend occasional monthly team meetings (overnight stays may be required).
