Customer Support Executive

Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive customer support to Commercial Operations, Business Development Managers, and wholesale customers to ensure effective day-to-day management of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products and deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Customer Collaboration and Logistics teams to ensure customer delivery requirements can be met for non-standard orders or lead times.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resolving customer order queries and complaints, ensuring follow-up action satisfies requirements at lowest internal cost.
  • Managing the stock cycle and resolving any related matters.

Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or support role.
  • Good numeracy skills and IT literate.
  • Good communication and analytical skills, ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexible approach to resolve customer stock problems.
  • Working knowledge of good customer service with foresight to highlight availability issues.
