Pensions Communications Consultant

  • Reviewing drafts from team members
  • Managing workload and campaigns

  • Checking own work for errors
  • Following [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] procedures
  • Supporting development of new products and services
  • Supporting new business process
  • Contributing to client communication strategies
  • Managing production of communications
  • Supporting client relationship management

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Essential

  • Strong experience as a pensions communications consultant
  • Experienced in drafting engaging copy
  • Strong eye for design
  • Demonstrable success in client relationships
  • Strong understanding of UK pensions market
  • Comfortable with language of investments and pensions
  • Experience delivering via print, web, video, digital
  • Able to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Able to price work and manage budgets
  • Experience checking copy and giving feedback
  • Understanding of business risks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools

Desirable

  • Graduate-level education
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions legislation
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience responding to new business requests
