Social Media Designer/Content Creator

Location: London or Winchester, with hybrid working available. In-office time is currently a minimum of 2 days per week (40%).

About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Social Media Designer/Content Creator to join our Business Development Team. You'll work with our Content Marketing Manager to design and create eye-catching digital and social content that brings our brand to life. You'll create content for LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, from carousels and infographics to short-form animations and video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging, timely multimedia content tailored to B2B audiences across external and internal platforms
  • Repurposing long-form thought leadership content into accessible, shareable formats
  • Contributing to content planning and scheduling
  • Shooting, editing and delivering quick-turnaround short-form video
  • Designing social media templates using Adobe Express and similar tools
  • Supporting podcast production and amplification
  • Collaborating with marketing, design, PR, HR and recruitment teams
  • Assisting with day-to-day social channel management
  • Tracking and reporting on content performance

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in creating and editing short-form video content
  • Experience designing customisable templates for social media assets
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut and related tools
  • Understanding of B2B audiences and how to engage them
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver content that drives reach and engagement
  • Comfortable working on site and collaborating as part of a fast-paced team
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable Skills

  • Confident writer and editor
  • Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
  • Experience amplifying podcasts or events content
  • Experience working with subject matter experts or within professional services
  • Basic analytics or reporting knowledge
