Key Responsibilities

- Maintain strong product knowledge for all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
- Identify external opportunities to improve store performance.
- Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including deliveries and stock handling.
- Follow the appointment process and record customer status accurately.
