Job Description

With over 170 years of tailoring know-how, we are hiring a Deputy Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading store performance. You will be an ambassador for the brand, expert in product and processes, and drive commercial success through outstanding customer service and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase outstanding in-store customer experience using the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Essential Steps of Service.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving high productivity and exceeding one transaction per hour.
  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and focus on KPI achievement.
  • Utilise sales and customer data to guide interactions and enhance success.
  • Manage commercial and operational initiatives through regular management review.
  • Support employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and absence management.
  • Proactively recruit Sales Associates and collaborate with People Team for Key Holder and Team Leader roles.
  • Oversee seasonal cycles and stock handling to minimise loss and out-of-stocks.
  • Deliver high Visual Merchandising standards that are both sartorial and commercial.

Technical: Experienced in retail operations, customer service, global fashion trends, data analytics, visual displays, and retail business growth strategies.
