GTM Engineer (Growth)

Role Overview
The Growth Engineering team builds technology that accelerates business growth across product, sales, and marketing through experimentation.
What you’ll do:
- Drive expansion and revenue growth by building systems that identify ICPs, decision-makers, and expansion opportunities within our user base
- Automate GTM workflows across the buyer journey from account enrichment to personalised AI-powered outreach
- Work across the stack to build data pipelines, enrichment engines, and outbound workflows that scale our land-and-expand strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align experiments and systems with real GTM goals
- Run data-driven experiments across user segments to uncover high-leverage opportunities and iterate quickly on what works
- Build and maintain a reliable, scalable tech foundation for GTM automation, leveraging internal and 3rd-party APIs
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience in a software or data engineering role, ideally in growth, RevOps, or GTM teams
- Proficiency in Node.js, SQL & NoSQL, and working with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines
- Familiarity with tools like Clearbit, Apollo, Hightouch, Segment, or similar for enrichment, ETL, sync, and activation
- Experience building scrappy tools, scripts, or internal apps to automate workflows and integrate systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business goals into engineered solutions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment where shipping fast matters
Nice to have:
- A creative streak and you enjoy brainstorming bold, outside-the-box ideas.
- Prior experience in a growth engineering, sales ops, or data-heavy GTM role in a SaaS or PLG company
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) to generate content or power user workflows
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), outbound tools (e.g., Outreach, Instantly), and lead scoring workflows
- Understanding of data infrastructure and tooling like BigQuery, Hightouch, or reverse ETL platforms
- A natural experimenter: You're excited by experimentation and automation.
- Startup experience: You've thrived in startups or rapidly scaling environments.
