[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our company based in Melmerby, Ripon.
- Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:30
- Salary: Competitive
- Closing Date: 31 August 2021
Duties
- Produce Sales Invoices.
- Receive and process incoming payments via credit card and cheque.
- Maintain customer records.
- Handle incoming enquiries by telephone and email.
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Management Team.
Required Skills
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Sage Accounting Experience would be preferable.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Calm and Professional Communication Skills and Telephone Manner.
- Full proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
