Senior Digital PR Executive

Key Objective
Your objective is to plan and deliver high-performing Digital PR campaigns that earn quality coverage and links for your clients. You'll take ownership of campaign execution, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and achieves KPI targets.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign delivery
- Own campaigns from ideation through to outreach and results
- Contribute strong campaign ideas designed to earn high-quality coverage
- Analyse data and research to identify compelling, newsworthy angles
- Write and refine press materials to a high standard
Outreach and results
- Lead outreach across campaigns, securing coverage and links
- Build and develop journalist relationships across relevant sectors
- Adapt tactics and angles to improve performance and hit KPIs
- Monitor coverage and proactively convert mentions into links
Reactive and industry awareness
- Stay close to the news agenda and identify reactive opportunities
- Share trends and insights with the team to support ideation
- Apply sector knowledge to improve campaign relevance and performance
Team support
- Support Digital PR Executives with onboarding and day-to-day guidance
- Share best practice and help raise standards across the team
- Contribute to a collaborative and proactive team environment
About You
- Experience working in Digital PR, ideally within an agency
- Proven ability to secure coverage and links across campaigns
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident building media lists and running outreach
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
- Results-driven, with a clear focus on performance and outcomes
