Commercial Product Manager - INZONE Gaming

We are seeking a Gaming industry expert to be responsible for maximizing INZONE brand value and business growth through agile business management and the strategic expansion of gaming communities and new and existing sales channels. You will have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of the entire process—from identifying target customers and analysing market trends to executing strategic actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Product Strategy: Define and cultivate target communities, identify potential customers, recruit influencer and Esports partnerships, monitor industry trends, represent brand at events, collaborate with internal teams, define UK Advertising & Promotions plan including paid and non-paid activity.
  • Business Management: Manage monthly unit forecasting, develop data-driven promotional strategies, identify new sales channels, analyse KPIs including promotional ROI and community growth.
  • Key Account Responsibility: Drive growth across UK key accounts (Amazon, DTC, local accounts), create account plans, define contract terms and pricing, leverage sales and marketing colleagues, build customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Gaming industry experienced, analysis-driven, product/business/commercial individual
  • Commercially-minded with sales background
  • Comfortable in matrix operation with advanced stakeholder management
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, highly professional
  • Well-versed in consumer marketing, comfortable with Excel
