Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager - Marketing Platforms

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager for Marketing Platforms in Weybridge, UK. This role supports digital transformation, MarTech adoption, and strategic planning across Pan-European Marketing Communications. Hybrid working and competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

  • Project Support & Coordination – Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of strategic and MarTech initiatives (e.g., PXM on-boarding, DAM Asset Hub, AI translation, automation tools).
  • KPI & Performance Tracking – Learn and apply [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s business performance frameworks; help prepare dashboards linking marketing activities to ROI, efficiency and sales impact.
  • Technology Enablement – Support implementation of new marketing platforms – testing, user feedback collection and training material preparation.
  • Process Improvement – Help identify workflow bottlenecks, document processes and suggest simplification or automation opportunities.
  • B2B CRM Support – Email set-up in MSD system according to the brief from business stakeholders, Create/Coordinate language variations for key European markets, provide email performance results, participate to the eCRM strategy discussions and programs (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Strong interest in MarTech, data analytics and project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI advantageous.
  • Analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail.
  • Curiosity to learn systems such as Aprimo, Salsify, and AI tools (e.g., DeepL, Storyteq).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages welcome.
