Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)

About the Role

We are now looking for an Administrator to join our team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business and helping to deliver an excellent service across internal departments and customers. You’ll play a vital role in the efficient operation of the office, with a focus on administration, communication, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and update reports, performance figures, and business information for internal and external use
  • Manage and respond to customer queries, maintaining accurate records and tracking trends
  • Support teams with updating documents, records, forms, and business information
  • Help prepare and format internal and external presentations and reports
  • Attend meetings and contribute to effective cross-department communication
  • Assist with document reviews, updates, and version control
  • Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement activities
  • Provide general administrative support across the wider business

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with documents, data, and people across different teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
