Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our Engine Farm Workshop team near Ely, Cambs. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in agricultural engineering, working with one of the UK’s leading fresh produce growers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults
  • Carrying out servicing and repairs in both workshop and field environments
  • Assisting with assembly and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of new machinery
  • Using manufacturer software and technical manuals for fault finding
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and resilient approach to learning and development
