What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the effective operation and maintenance of all company sites
  • Ensuring facilities, fixtures, and equipment are maintained to high standards.
  • Helping to coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Supporting annual inspections, audits, and compliance activities
  • Assisting with new projects and site improvement initiatives
  • Helping to maintain safe, clean, and well-organised working environments
  • Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Assisting with contractor management, permits to work, and site access.
  • Supporting stock control, consumables management, and spare parts storage
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of site services, facilities maintenance, or building services
  • Practical skills in fitting, painting/decorating, and repairs.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • A practical, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
