[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Global is hiring a Partnerships Manager for the EMEA region. This is a remote-first role requiring fluency in English and German. The position involves building strategic partnerships across the DACH region and Southern Europe.

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager – EMEA to help us build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and strengthen [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Global’s presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

How You Will Make a Difference

As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that generate top-of-funnel leads and accelerate our regional growth.

  • Identify and develop new partnerships across EMEA, with a particular focus on the DACH region.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners — from HR Tech platforms and consultants to payroll providers and private equity networks.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, enablement, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Localise partnership strategies for key EMEA markets.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners.

What Will Give You an Advantage

  • Experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development across the DACH region and Southern Europe.
  • Experience in HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, payroll or global services.
  • Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Must be flexible and available for regular travel, particularly across DACH and UK.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity, drive, and commercial acumen.
