The role in a nutshell

The HR Services Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, legally compliant HR Business Partnering support to a diverse portfolio of global clients, including Embedded clients (reseller) and HR Consulting clients. As the primary HR point of contact for workers, clients, and in-country partners, this role is responsible for managing the full employee life-cycle and ensuring seamless coordination across all HR functions.

How you will make a difference

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for GEO workers and client representatives
  • Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking
  • Support Embedded and HR Consulting clients with tailored HR guidance
  • Develop and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal controls
  • Support work permit processes
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers
  • Generate monthly HR reports
  • Lead HR projects such as employee transitions and organizational changes
  • Provide coaching and day-to-day HR support
  • Promote a positive employee experience
  • Stay informed on employment law updates

What will give you an advantage

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering
  • Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws - UK & Ireland experience preferred
  • Experience of managing TUPE transfer
  • Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
  • Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
