Supply Chain Lead

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to join the Procurement Team. This role is based in London with hybrid working. Key responsibilities include building the stock planning function, mastering stock availability, developing automation tools, leading a team, and managing supplier performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build & Scale the Function - architect the non-horticultural stock planning strategy.
  • Master Stock Availability - lead team to ensure optimal stock levels across all sites.
  • Develop & Automate - build scalable automated supply chain and inventory tools, including AI workflows.
  • Process & KPI Leadership - develop standardised processes and lead weekly KPI reviews.
  • Team Transformation & Development - coach and mentor stock planners.
  • Strategic Growth & Inventory Control - de-risk new range launches and manage excess stock.
  • Operational Execution - support planning and execution as needed.
  • 3PW Performance Management - measure and manage 3PW partner performance.
  • Supplier Performance - build operational reporting and supplier tiering.

  • Proven track record in supply chain scalability using technology and automation.
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented with strong G-suite and AI capabilities.

  • Proactive and hands-on, willing to contribute directly.
