Director of IT, Cybersecurity, Application Support, and FinOps
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Global is hiring a Transformational Leader to head IT, Cybersecurity, FinOps, and Application Support. This remote role is based in the United Kingdom or Poland.
Job Responsibilities
- Security & Compliance: Build a security-first culture, own enterprise-wide security posture, establish governance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and drive audits.
- Internal IT Operations: Oversee corporate IT including endpoint management, SaaS provisioning, identity management, patching, vendor management, asset lifecycle, BCP/DR, office infrastructure, and help desk.
- Application Support: Lead global application support team, implement SLAs/OLAs, drive root cause analysis and proactive support.
- FinOps: Develop FinOps strategy to monitor, forecast, and control cloud/SaaS spend, establish budgets, deploy cost dashboards, enforce tagging and anomaly detection.
- Leadership & Strategy: Build and mentor cross-functional teams, define KPIs and SLAs, serve as stakeholder in technology planning and M&A due diligence.
About You
- 10+ years leading global IT, Security, or Enterprise Tech Operations with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven success managing cloud IT environments and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST), IAM, endpoint management.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ITIL, AWS/GCP Architect, FinOps Certified Practitioner advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools like Sentinel One, Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, Intune, Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
