The role:

As an Account Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you own and develop long-term relationships with our customers.

  • Experience owning customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • A track record of managing commercial customer relationships, including renewals and account growth
  • Experience working with technical products or engineering-led organisations
  • Ability to build relationships across both technical and business stakeholders
  • Confidence leading commercial conversations and navigating complex customer environments
  • Strong organisation, communication, and follow-through
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes

  • You enjoy working with technically sophisticated products and customers
  • You build trusted relationships across complex organisations
  • You're comfortable owning commercial outcomes and guiding long-term partnerships
  • You're proactive, organised, and able to navigate ambiguity
