Staff Fullstack Engineer, Avatars Europe

About the role
You will work on end-to-end product features across the Avatars and Generative Media domain, building experiences that sit at the core of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s product. You will design and deliver features that combine frontend, backend, and AI model capabilities.
What we're looking for
- Experience building and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end in production environments.
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend.
- Strong product mindset and ability to define scope.
- Comfortable working in 0 to 1 environments.
- Can evaluate technical feasibility and make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Care about reliability and user experience.
- Confident collaborating with product and design.
- Willing to debug across the stack.
