What You'll Do

Driving Sales

  • Drive and exceed the sales budget
  • Develop and implement an action orientated business plan for your location
  • Responsible for monitoring and driving store and team KPIs
  • Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] company guidelines
  • Network to build and maintain key relationships with corporate and local clients

Building a Strong Team

  • Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team
  • Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews
  • Confidence with managing performance concerns
  • Manage the team in accordance with company policy
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Implement approved brand and product training program

Delivering Efficiency

  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard
  • Ensure in store experience is in line with guidelines
  • Maintain an accurate stock file
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling
  • Ensure appropriate processing of in-store services

What You'll Bring

  • A solid background in Retail Management
  • Experience in a busy selling environment, ideally within a luxury brand
  • Demonstrable experience in high service guest interaction and customer relationship management
  • Natural leadership skills
  • A demonstrated passion for customer service
  • People management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of improving and driving sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organised with an ability to produce quality work within deadlines
